            Please join Calvert Library Prince Frederick on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 for a showing of the recent film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel The Great Gatsby.  Director Baz Luhrman expresses his vision of the roaring 20’s depicted in Fitzgerald’s novel, and reveals the conflicting lifestyles of Jay Gatsby (Leonardo Dicaprio) and Daisy Buchanan (Carey Mulligan).  The film will begin at 6:00p.m. and will be followed by a short discussion ending around 8:30p.m.  Popcorn and coffee will be served.  For more information call Robyn Truslow at 410-535-0291 or 301-855-1862.
