How can your car last longer and cost you less? Calvert Library presents ASE Master Certified Mechanic, Don Kerr, at the Car Care Clinic to answer your questions. Topics include battery care, tune-ups, motor oils, check engine lights, additives, transmission flushing and more.
If you missed Jeff Yeager, The Ultimate Cheapskate; don’t miss Don Kerr. The Car Care Clinic is the second event in the Learn Something New mini-series with a focus on lifelong learning of skills to live sustainably. At this event you’ll learn what car care is most important and how to save money maintaining your vehicle correctly. Though this is not a do-it-yourself class, Mr. Kerr will have parts and equipment to show and he can tell you which supplies you’ll need to make your investment run longer. All you need to bring are the questions you’ve always had!
The event will be held Thursday, October 3, 2013, 7pm at Calvert Library, Prince Frederick. Registration is requested for this program. For further information and to register please call 410-535-0291 or 301-855-1862 or visit us online at calvert.lib.md.us .
