Don’t Miss the 2015 Awards Dinner --- a Wonderful Evening!

The Calvert Library Foundation Awards Dinner is an elegant evening of fine food, musical entertainment and good fellowship -- to honor individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the Library, to the art of letters, or to the encouragement of reading. The 2015 honorees are the Honorable Wilson H. Parran, (former President of the Board of County Commissioners) and Mr. M. Kiplinger Hine, Jr., (Chair, Maryland Advisory Council on Libraries (former President of the Calvert Library Board of Trustees and twenty-year Trustee).
Everyone is welcome at the Dinner. Reservations are necessary and can be made at any Calvert Library location, or by mail addressed to Calvert Library Foundation, 850 Costley Lane, Prince Frederick, Maryland, 20678. All proceeds of the Awards Dinner will benefit Calvert Library.
In addition to individual dinner donations of $100 per seat, the Foundation invites businesses and individuals to host one or more reserved tables for 8 people, in their name or in honor of a specified honoree, for $1000. (A table host may pay the entire cost of the table and invite others as guests, or organize a table of friends who each reimburse the table host.) The Foundation also welcomes business and individuals to be Sponsors of the event with gifts to the Library from $1000 to $5000. Sponsors will be prominently recognized at the Dinner and in associated media. Arrangements for sponsorships can be made through the Foundation President, Mr. Scott Deacon, by email at skdeacon2@aol.com.
