Meet local rock star of rain, Doug Hill, at Calvert Library Prince Frederick on Thursday, November 17 at 1pm. The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) is partnering with Calvert Library to bring meteorologist and broadcaster for ABC7/WJLA-TV, Doug Hill to talk about his background, how he came to live in Calvert County, how the bay affects local weather patterns and other interesting topics.
