POWER UP YOUR HISTORY FAIR PROJECT AT CALVERT LIBRARY

 

Attention all middle school students: Join us for an evening of learning how the resources at Calvert Library can strengthen your History Fair research ... and have some fun while you learn. 

            The Power up Your History Fair Project workshop will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011, and repeated on Tuesday, October 18 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Calvert Library Prince Frederick. To participate, register for one of these dates online at calvert.lib.md.us or call.  Space is limited.

The workshop includes training on using the library's research databases, finding primary and secondary sources, and locating other materials to aid you in producing your 2011- 2012 History Fair project – Revolution, Reaction, Reform In History.

The program format includes a variety of activities – and light refreshments – to make the information-packed evening especially enjoyable for tweens.
